This exclusive four-piece giclée print edition offers collectors direct access to one of Daniel Ruanova’s most emblematic series, Heráldica Para La Frontera Norte (H.P.L.F.N.). Created in his Tijuana studio, these four paintings were later presented at Piet Hein Eek Gallery in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, during Ruanova’s 2017 residency. The series merges the visual languages of heraldry, popular culture metaphors, and border politics.

In H.P.L.F.N., Ruanova reimagines the symbols of power and identity that define the northern Mexican border, translating them into abstract emblems charged with irony, resistance, and humor. Each composition functions as a banner for contemporary contradictions — between nation and survival, ornament and violence, dignity and absurdity.

This limited edition extends that dialogue, offering a rare opportunity to acquire works directly from the artist’s studio. Printed with museum-grade precision on textured matte fine art paper (9 oz / 305 gsm), each piece preserves the original’s bold geometry, tactile color, and conceptual sharpness. The set includes vertical prints measuring 16 x 20 inches (41 x 51 cm) and horizontal prints measuring 24 x 18 inches (61 x 46 cm), each reflecting a fragment of Ruanova’s visual resistance and border poetics.

Each print is part of a numbered edition of 25, signed and certified by the artist.
